Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, click on the items you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy your order.

IMPORTANT NOTE! Customers OUTSIDE the United Kingdom should contact us first prior to making a purchase.
Credit Card Security
f1cameras uses Barclay's Merchant Services with third party credit card handling by SAGEPAY for your complete security. Details can be found at www.protx.com. In order to make a successful transaction you MUST provide your card billing address and landline telephone number. Any transactions that do not pass the address security check will be refunded and cancelled. This is for the protection of the cardholder.
For your further security we operate the Verified by Mastercard/Visa security system, which allows customers to use their online credit card password.
Payment by Bank Transfer
If you choose to make payment via bank transfer you are responsible for all bank charges incuding those incurred if any or part of your order requires any refund of funds to your account.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is included in our prices.
Security
We take security seriously and have made sure that data submitted by this website is encrypted. In addition to this first level of security, credit card details are stored in an encrypted form. We do not store your card details in clear text.
Shipping And Handling
All shipments are insured. It is the duty of the recipient to check that the item has arrived in an undamaged condition BEFORE signing for safe receipt. Any damage should be highlighted to the delivery driver and reported to f1cameras immediately.
PLEASE NOTE: Large items will be delivered by courier. Delivery will be attempted once and the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to collect your goods or rearrange delivery. If you fail to contact the courier the goods will be returned to f1cameras and a 25GBP admin fee will be levied. The customer will be required to pay the cost of re-delivery.
REMEMBER when ordering goods please ensure that there will be someone at the delivery address to accept and sign for goods or to respond to any card left by the courier within 24hours.
Delivery Schedule
All large or high value items are shipped via courier service following receipt of cleared funds. Small and low value items are shipped using Royal Mail. We ship Monday to Friday. Orders received during the weekend period will be processed on Mondays. We will notify you if any item you have ordered are out of stock for more than three days.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock we will back order for you. You will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Advertised Prices
Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change. Every effort is made to ensure that the description and prices we advertise are correct. On rare occasions descriptions and/or advertised prices may be incorrect. This is never intentional. The most common cause of this is a supplier changing their prices, which is beyond our control. In these circumstances, we will contact you to make sure it is in order to proceed with the order at the new price.

Returns
We can only accept cancellations for orders via email, fax or in writing to ensure your details are secure, a telephone call is not notice of cancellation. You have seven working days to cancel from conclusion of the contract. In all cases the goods must be returned at the cost of the purchaser and reasonable care taken to keep the product in as new condition. The item must be returned as packaged when sent with sealed bags etc un-opened and all manuals and accessories must be included in order to qualify for a refund. Items that have been used or "tried out" in any way cannot be returned. Special order items cannot be returned. We will always refund within thirty days of cancellation. Shipping costs are non refundable. We are unable to accept returned books or software once opened unless faulty. Software compatibility is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Return of Faulty Goods
If you have ordered via telephone or online and believe the goods to be faulty please contact us immediately as many problems can be resolved easily. In all cases you are required to contact us prior to returning any faulty goods to obtain a returns number. If the goods are faulty you can return the goods for refund or replacement. Items sent back without following these instructions may be marked return to sender and will not be processed.
